Key Responsibilities

•Ensure materials are transported and/or unloaded timely while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies.
•Operate powered pallet jack, forklift, and/or reach truck and move inventory to storage areas (subzero freezer, cooler, and dry goods).
•Use handheld computer to pick and scan product to outbound loads and unload trucks.
•Move finished goods and work-in-progress from production lines to the shipping area, and cover/stretch-wrap pallets.
•Record movement transactions in SAP, ensure correct labeling, and maintain an organized, clean work environment using 5S, GMPs, and USDA regulations.

Key Requirements

•Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
•Must have 1 year of forklift driving experience.
•Operate powered pallet jack, forklift, and/or reach truck, including daily inspections and battery water level maintenance.
•Use a handheld computer to pick and scan products for outbound loads.
•Prior Tyson workers must complete a 365-day rehire wait period and will not be considered after working 3 times or more for Tyson Foods.
