Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, run-of-show documents, and milestone trackers, keeping project documentation current.
  • •Source and manage venues, vendors/contractors, equipment, fixtures, décor, F&B, and staffing to deliver on-brand events and launches.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional logistics and project components including transportation, supplies, compliance, marketing/signage, and technology.
