  • •Guide the filing mechanics including TRIM timing, the 25-day window, DR-486 and variants, and e-filing vs. paper.
  • •Support the hearings and evidence workflow, including comparable selection and evidence exchange windows.
  • •Review Jerry’s product build and flag what will not survive contact with the VAB, helping correct issues before production.

Salary: USD 150 - 350 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of direct, hands-on Florida experience filing residential property tax appeals.
  • •Personal experience filing or arguing petitions before a Florida VAB, or adjudicating as a special magistrate.
  • •Knowledge built through filings or arguing petitions (not advising from a distance).
  • •Volume-tested experience across hundreds of parcels with strong edge-case recognition.
  • •No active conflict (not currently advising another company building consumer property tax appeal software).
