Key Responsibilities

•Lead SHEQ programs and initiatives aligned to legal, regulatory, customer, site-specific, Epiroc, divisional, and Epiroc Way requirements.
•Develop and maintain safety, health, environmental, and quality programs through inspections, risk assessments, job hazard analyses, incident reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
•Manage compliance calendars, audits/inspections, regulatory deadlines, and required reporting and documentation across SHEQ topics.
•Serve as Local Site Admin for the CSC NASA Management System (IMS), including controlled document management and supporting audit readiness and continuous improvement.
•Develop and deliver onboarding and training (toolbox talks, safety alerts, ISO-aligned practices), coach teams on compliance expectations, and coordinate cross-functionally to strengthen safe operations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in safety, health, environmental, quality, compliance, loss control, operations, or a related field.
•Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, MSHA, workers’ compensation, and ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or other management system requirements.
•Experience with injury and illness reporting, workers’ compensation coordination, return-to-work processes, audits, corrective actions, and document control.
•Experience supporting industrial/warehouse/distribution/service/manufacturing or customer center operations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred).
