Assistant Store Manager

Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional retail experience for The North Face in Battersea, London. Drive sales and profitability, motivate and coach sales associates, and help implement and improve retail processes. Oversee core operations including inventory and P&L, monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensure visual merchandising standards are met, and provide coverage when the Store Manager is absent.
