Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to customer needs.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
•Provide guidance on the sales and referral process, refer customers to assigned business partners, and meet customer experience and production goals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Must be able to complete S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS.
