Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of software applications supporting the Vision NEXT platform.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Ensure high standards for coding, testing, debugging, performance, security, and application reliability.
  • •Manage and mentor junior engineers and lead a team of technical specialists delivering client-focused solutions.
  • •Communicate complex technical concepts to clients, executive leadership, global teams, and CIO-level stakeholders.

  • •12+ years of experience in software development, solution delivery, or related technology disciplines.

  • •5+ years of experience working with SQL databases and data management solutions.
  • •5+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
