Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for planning, safe execution, and delivery of an environment project portfolio against As Sold financial KPIs.
  • •Evaluate day-to-day project delivery performance, including pricing strategies, risk management, forecasting/budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • •Provide proactive, hands-on support to project managers for financial monitoring, issue prevention, risk mitigation, and recommendations to improve performance (including cost/billing/schedule analysis).
  • •Support project manager reviews across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, resourcing, and client-focused topics; drive change management and support dispute resolution as needed.
  • •Partner with Project Controls leadership to mentor and direct Project Controls staff; support earned value tracking tools and help develop deputy project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a comparable technical or business professional degree, plus 4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to reside within the United States; US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (sponsorship will not be available).
  • •A valid driver’s license required and ability to pass an MVR background check per company policy.
  • •Successful candidate must pass a background check.
  • •Preferred: recent experience managing projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, teams, and client relationships.
