Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customers to understand workflows, goals, and pain points, often embedding directly with their teams.
  • •Collaborate with Forward Deployment Engineers to scope, prototype, and deliver solutions powered by the platform.
  • •Identify and interpret key datasets to drive customer decision-making and integrate them into robust, scalable pipelines.
  • •Design and refine user workflows that solve meaningful problems and scale across teams and functions.
  • •Lead training and onboarding sessions to ensure customers are set up for success and tools have lasting impact.
