Job Summary

Deliver warm, attentive, and professional food and beverage service to guests while maintaining Dubai Golf hospitality standards. Take accurate orders, present menus and specials, provide strong product knowledge, and ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction. Support daily outlet operations including mise-en-place, clearance, billing, POS usage, and cleanliness. Apply suggestive selling to drive revenue, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and follow hygiene, safety, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide warm, professional guest service: greet guests, support seating with menus and water, and explain dishes, specials, promotions, and pairings.
•Accurately take food and beverage orders, confirm preferences and dietary requirements, communicate requests to kitchen/bar, and deliver with correct presentation and accuracy.
•Complete daily outlet operations including mise-en-place, keeping service areas clean and stocked, and carrying out table service tasks such as setup, clearance, crumbing, and resetting tables.
•Operate the POS system by opening checks, inputting and modifying orders, applying correct table numbers, and closing bills accurately while preventing revenue loss.
•Apply upselling and revenue techniques, handle guest concerns professionally, coordinate with captains/supervisors and the kitchen/bar, and comply with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.

Key Requirements

•High school education or equivalent.
•Professional appearance and high standards of hygiene.
•Previous experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant environment (preferred).
•Fluency in English (verbal and written).
•Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and confidence under pressure.
