Job Summary

Join the Business Integrity team to build scalable machine learning models for ad content understanding and security. You’ll conduct algorithm R&D and apply LLM/MLLM and AIGC technologies to e-commerce and short-video ads, advancing multimodal text/audio/video understanding and interpretable decisioning. You’ll also explore RL/agent approaches, develop multimodal review models for ad intent and risk judgment, and protect the ad ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Focus on ad content understanding and security, conducting algorithm R&D and applying LLM/MLLM and AIGC technologies to e-commerce and short-video ad content.
•Advance multimodal understanding across text, audio, video, and live streaming, optimizing decision-making for high-accuracy autonomous risk judgment.
•Implement interpretable CoT generation to enable traceable model decisions.
•Explore RL/agent applications in multimodal review scenarios and deliver algorithm innovation and engineering implementations for business needs.
•Develop multimodal content understanding models for ad intent recognition, rule retrieval, and accurate risk judgment to reduce non-compliant content detection risk.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a Master/Ph.D in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or related majors.
•Algorithm R&D/project implementation experience in content understanding or AIGC.
•Strong ML/DL theoretical foundation with deep understanding of MLLM/LLM, CV, NLP, multimodal fusion, and Agent technologies, plus strong mathematical skills.
•Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow with hands-on experience in large model training, fine-tuning, and inference deployment; strong Python/C++ engineering skills.
•Accredited publications at CS/ML conferences.
