Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deep technical discovery across program offices, platform/DevSecOps, security, and AI/ML teams to understand AI governance, software supply chain risk, and accreditation constraints.
  • •Design, position, and execute structured PoCs/PoVs focused on policy enforcement, image/artifact integrity and attestation, SBOM, hardened images, and secure build pipelines in constrained networks.
  • •Establish credibility as a trusted advisor on responsible AI development, secure AI/agent lifecycle management, software supply chain integrity, and governance controls across AI-enabled SDLC workflows.
  • •Serve as subject matter expert for how Docker fits into federal security and accreditation frameworks, including required compliance evidence and responses to RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires.
  • •Actively support competitive motions by translating differentiation into technical win strategies, building relationships with technical champions, and driving measurable mission and technical value through customer advocacy.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technical pre-sales (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect) selling infrastructure software, developer tools, or security products into complex enterprise or government accounts.
  • •3+ years selling into US Federal (DoD or Federal Civilian) with a record of technical wins across federal acquisition cycles.
  • •Working knowledge of federal security and accreditation frameworks: FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs, DoD Impact Levels, and the ATO process.
  • •Strong experience running competitive PoCs/PoVs with clearly defined success and exit criteria.
  • •US citizenship and willingness to travel to agency sites, industry days, and partner events up to 25%.
