Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate post-go-live hypercare and business-as-usual payroll operations for countries transitioning onto Deel and other global payroll platforms.
  • •Manage payroll-platform support tickets and escalations with Deel and other vendors, including tracking defects and configuration changes to completion.
  • •Perform ongoing payroll-related platform configuration (time off, time tracking, pay components, workflows, security/employee settings) and validate against requirements.
  • •Run payroll readiness and operational control checks (employee data, earnings/deductions, GL mappings, leave balances, approvals) and resolve issues during payroll processing.
  • •Maintain documentation and training materials, produce operational reporting, validate HRIS-to-payroll data quality (initially UKG-to-Deel), and support HRIS interface/testing work (APIs/SFTP).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in payroll operations, payroll systems, HRIS, or payroll technology in a complex or multi-country environment.
  • •Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls, deadlines, and the importance of accurate and compliant employee pay.
  • •Experience coordinating payroll-platform implementations, parallel testing, and post-go-live hypercare.
  • •Hands-on ability with system configuration, testing, and user acceptance validation.
  • •Strong analytical, reconciliation, and stakeholder-management skills, including investigating issues through to root cause.
