Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and businesses by processing financial transactions and identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships. Split your time between in-branch client servicing and proactive engagement (including calling) to uncover financial wellness needs and provide tailored recommendations or transitions to a Banker. Work closely with branch leadership in a hybrid platform role, supporting branch priorities and compliance expectations.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Process financial service transactions accurately while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Listen for financial wellness needs during client conversations and provide customized financial wellness recommendations or transition clients to a Banker.
•Resolve more complex client servicing issues and act as a resource for branch teammates.
•Manage individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals; participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and work on Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent business experience.
•Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Experience in cash handling.
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
