Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements with customers, subprocessors, service providers, and third parties
  • •Develop, maintain, and scale global privacy programs, including preparing Data Protection Impact Assessments and Records of Processing
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate how privacy and data protection laws affect product development
  • •Monitor and respond to changes in privacy laws and regulations, including AI regulations
  • •Support AI regulation compliance, including EU AI Act and UK AI governance frameworks, and help classify AI systems and develop internal AI governance controls

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in privacy and data protection
  • •Proven expertise in EU and U.S. data protection law, with familiarity across global compliance frameworks
  • •Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with confidence to represent the company on privacy, AI, and security matters
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across legal and business teams
  • •Highly responsive and detail-oriented, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
