Job Summary

Provide business partnership support to EMEA Distribution and Global Marketing by monitoring financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Analyze trends in key KPIs (Flows, AUM, Revenues, Net Revenue Yield, ANNR), investigate variances, and maintain forecast accuracy. Support profitability analysis for new initiatives and existing commercial relationships, partner with Corporate Finance on performance commentary, and lead annual expense planning and stakeholder reporting.

•Provide business partnership support to EMEA Distribution and Global Marketing to drive progress toward strategic goals and keep budgets aligned.
•Analyze trends in key financial KPIs (Flows, AUM, Revenues, Net Revenue Yield, ANNR), explain variances, and ensure forecasts remain accurate.
•Assess profitability of new business initiatives and analyze commercials of existing relationships for ongoing profitability.
•Manage expense performance against budget for EMEA Distribution and Global Marketing, supporting leaders with cost base understanding and variance communication.
•Support Corporate Finance with analysis, commentary, and queries, and provide stakeholder analysis for regional initiatives (e.g., Value Assessment and survey data requests).
