Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the engineering scope and implement project procedures to ensure contract deliverables meet quality and technical requirements.
  • •Manage technical execution and support project business considerations; help prepare proposal requirements for prospective projects.
  • •Coordinate with engineering and design leads, supervise other project engineers, and ensure effective communication among engineering disciplines.
  • •Develop and maintain key project engineering documents (Project Execution Plan, DOR matrix, coordination procedures, staffing plan, equipment list) and reports.
  • •Assume responsibility for cost/schedule/quantity/budget control, manage change, lead handover/archiving, and review closeout and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • •2-4 years of experience as Project Engineering Manager on a project.
  • •10+ years of proven EPC project engineering experience in offshore oil and gas projects.
  • •Strong multidisciplinary engineering coordination and procurement engineering knowledge across the project lifecycle.
  • •Ability to read and understand contractual documentation and effectively communicate with stakeholders; Registered Engineer in Training (ElT) or member of a professional engineering society is preferred.
