QC Manager

As QC Manager, you will lead supplier quality, implement quality checkpoints across the product lifecycle, and drive data-driven improvements for furniture products. You’ll collaborate with QA, sourcing, merchandising, and suppliers to ensure compliance, conduct audits, and lead corrective actions, while presenting on-site and guiding continuous improvement in a fast-growing, sustainability-focused DTC retailer. You will mentor teams and apply SPC/Pareto analysis to scale Quince’s furniture category from Indonesia.
