Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and represent the business internally and externally while fostering a client- and project-centred culture.
  • •Manage risk and opportunity using effective control and review measures, including operational reporting on project, commercial, business risk, and employee performance/development.
  • •Champion SHEQ performance by promoting culture, ensuring BMS and policy compliance, supporting training/competency, and embedding SHEQ into delivery and reviews.
  • •Oversee commercial performance and financial governance across major projects/frameworks, including budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, backlog, working capital, profitability, and margin improvement.
  • •Provide commercial leadership for client contracts and change management, including negotiation/valuation/recovery of variations and ensuring forecasting accuracy, invoicing strategy, cash collection, contingency management, and governance/audit readiness.
