Job Summary

Support origination, execution, and distribution for leveraged acquisition and syndicated finance transactions within the Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance team. Assist with credit processing and the distribution of financing opportunities, and contribute to developing corporate and financial sponsor relationships. Lead parts of the deal process by guiding the deal team and coordinating with Corporate and Institutional and Commercial Banking partners, while supporting pricing and structural guidance and managing operational and reputational risk.

•Provide analytical support for origination, execution, and distribution capabilities for corporate flow and event-driven financings.

•Lead parts of the deal process and guide the deal team to ensure smooth collaboration with banking partners to service clients.
