Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate feed mill equipment (grinders, mixers, and batching/pelleting systems) under general supervision to meet product quality, safety, and throughput targets.
  • •Monitor equipment and process points, record operating parameters, and make adjustments to ensure specifications and production goals are met.
  • •Comply with regulations and complete required record keeping, including inspections and safety requirements.
  • •Perform routine equipment maintenance (greasing, inspections, minor troubleshooting) and report mechanical issues.
