Key Responsibilities

  • •Support BGS-G Jacksonville operations and lead quality engineering and technical activities across all product lifecycle phases.
  • •Develop, deploy, and maintain site-level quality strategies, plans, objectives, and quality KPIs/metrics to prioritize improvements and demonstrate impact.
  • •Lead prevention-based corrective action and continuous improvement programs using structured problem solving and CI methodologies.
  • •Provide QMS education, coaching, accountability, and training initiatives to drive compliance and a prevention-focused quality culture.
  • •Prepare for and lead regulatory and customer audits/inspections, maintain government/customer relationships, and manage quality organization talent pipeline and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a Quality and/or Operations leadership position in military or commercial roles.
  • •5+ years providing technical and performance oversight of aircraft maintenance or modifications, including briefing US Government Customers on performance status.
  • •5+ years of experience working with and supporting a Quality Management System (QMS).
  • •5+ years experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • •Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.
