Key Responsibilities

  • •Clinically responsible for residents’ ongoing care within the care home.
  • •Lead, guide, and support teams to ensure safe and effective care is always provided.
  • •Ensure all units comply with CQC standards and take action to maintain a safe environment for residents.
  • •Lead clinical governance, ensure appropriate staff levels, and develop systems and practices to strengthen clinical practice and resident care.
  • •Develop the village strategy and direction and build relationships with local authorities, CQC, and primary care commissioners as a trusted healthcare partner.

Key Requirements
