Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support SDLC governance through oversight, controls compliance, and requirements monitoring.
  • •Develop and maintain formal process documentation, including procedures and process flow diagrams.
  • •Support processes for privacy and security, including privacy controls and privacy scoping.
  • •Analyze data to identify data risks and trends; develop and validate metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements and automate/enhance process controls; track and resolve process breakdowns, issues, and risk events.
