Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement procurement strategies to support organizational objectives including cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier diversification.
  • •Lead procurement teams by providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure effective procurement execution.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess procurement needs and develop procurement plans.
  • •Identify, evaluate, select, and manage suppliers through negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance assessments and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant working experience.

  • •Leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor procurement teams.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
