Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design delivery of complex transport infrastructure projects from concept to IFC.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage interfaces across rail, road, bridges and structures.
  • •Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders and provide clear communication on progress and risks.
  • •Champion design governance, safety in design, compliance and digital engineering standards.
  • •Manage project scope, timeframes, budgets and quality outcomes; mentor and grow engineers and technical specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in engineering with experience in rail, road or major transport infrastructure design delivery
  • •Tertiary engineering qualifications (CPEng or working towards highly regarded)
  • •Strong understanding of design processes, risk management and technical assurance

  • •Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively
