Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver core service user support services as prescribed under the AASC contract.
  • •Conduct monthly property inspections in initial accommodation and complete further inspections as required, identifying maintenance needs.
  • •Provide welfare support, welfare checks, and signposting; respond to requests, complaints, and issues raised via AIRE services.
  • •Manage incidents and discontinuations, including reporting potential absconders in line with local operating procedures.
  • •Ensure safety and compliance through daily patrols, monitoring CCTV, weekly fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and contacting emergency services when necessary.

Key Requirements
