•Implement a bank-wide project management philosophy using consistent tools, processes, and methodologies across functions.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee project budgets and timelines.
•Provide regular updates to senior management.
•Work with the Change Management team, integrate industry best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or related field.
•A Master's degree in Management or related discipline (plus).
•Minimum 10 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects, especially in banking.
•Ability to lead strategic and operational project planning and execution.
•Knowledge of up-to-date project management techniques and industry best practices.
