Own and improve the engineering design tool experience across the hardware lifecycle, from concept through production. Partner with developers and cross-functional teams to develop customizations, optimize workflows, and ensure CAD/CAE/PLM capabilities accelerate engineers instead of slowing them down. Create practical training content, run experimentation to form recommendations, and troubleshoot issues related to deployment, configuration, and ongoing support while optimizing data flow across downstream systems.

•Deep expertise in an engineering discipline’s tool stack (CAD, CAE, PLM, or discipline-specific applications).
•Strong understanding of engineering workflows from concept through production, including hands-on use of engineering design tools.
•Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions; US Person status for export control.
