Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in an 8–12 month Credit Trainee program with mentoring, coaching, and on-the-job learning from credit leadership.
  • •Support business operations through time in the warehouse, on the sales counter, shadowing operations, and riding with delivery drivers.
  • •Visit customers and/or lead meetings with customers to learn credit extension and relationship-building.
  • •Learn core credit competencies including collections management, credit management, secondary security, Uniform Commercial Code, and financial statement basics.
  • •Upon completion, move toward an entry-level Credit Manager role responsible for extending credit and collecting A/R, building customer relationships, and supporting portfolio performance.
