Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and enforce compliance with project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and standards across active construction areas.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety assessments, and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental risks with corrective actions.
  • •Review and monitor contractor HSE documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, lifting plans, traffic management plans, and emergency response plans.
  • •Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and development of corrective and preventive measures.
  • •Monitor contractor performance against HSE KPIs and objectives, attend safety/toolbox/coordination meetings, and support personnel training and competency verification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH International General Certificate, NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 12 years of professional HSE experience.
  • •Proven experience on major Roads & Highways construction projects, including familiarity with road construction, interchanges, bridges, utility diversions, and traffic management.
  • •Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations and infrastructure project requirements, including experience managing contractor HSE performance.
