Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise security staff to ensure they discharge their duties effectively and provide 24-hour security coverage throughout the hotel.
  • •Assist in enforcing security policies and regulations to protect guests, employees, properties, and classified information.
  • •Operate and maintain surveillance equipment according to standards; ensure proper key control with accurate entries for every key withdrawal/deposit.
  • •Perform regular daily security rounds and update the Security Log daily for review by the Security Manager.
  • •Supervise contracted security companies daily; support emergency response and assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in a security position in a hotel environment.
  • •Preferably experience in an international luxury four- or five-star hotel.
  • •Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
  • •Must have a UAE Security Supervisor Licence (SIRA).
  • •Knowledge of local laws and adherence to them.
