Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of Phantom Works mission systems and software for technology development and transition to production applications.
  • •Oversee engineering technology design and integration (mission systems and software) to meet customer requirements with first-time quality, on schedule, and within budget.
  • •Drive planning and execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance using standard performance metrics to identify and mitigate risks.
  • •Manage, develop, and retain mission systems personnel, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and experience mix.
  • •Provide performance and progress updates to the PW Leadership Team and relevant Boeing leadership stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader/temp manager/large scale cross-functional project/process management/formal manager) OR completed Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”.
  • •5+ years of experience in project leadership roles.
  • •5+ years of experience in mission systems and software development and integration.
  • •Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10%).
