Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the local Carvana hub, including market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, and ongoing market success.
  • •Lead and engage the team by building morale, reinforcing accomplishments, and improving the overall customer and advocate experience.
  • •Help interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates; provide tools, resources, guidance, and employee development.
  • •Provide feedback, performance check-ins, and goal-setting to develop Advocate performance and skills.
  • •Generate and monitor regular reports and present updates to upper management, while stepping in to support deliveries and wash/operational needs as required.
