Team Lead, Market Operations - University Park, IL

Lead daily operations for a local Carvana hub by managing a team of Customer Advocates and driving a strong customer experience. You’ll coach and develop employees, handle hiring and onboarding, address complex customer-facing issues, and monitor regular performance reports. Partner closely with the market team to assess business trends, improve processes, and proactively resolve roadblocks while also stepping in when needed to support deliveries and operations.
