Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate customer objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects and build Celonis business cases and demos.
  • •Discover, identify, and frame high-impact Celonis use cases aligned to customers’ strategic priorities and communicate value opportunities and roadmaps to executives.
  • •Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement and drive enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • •Own the end-to-end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing) and develop strategic expansion roadmaps for embedding Celonis Process Intelligence.
  • •Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in an analytical/customer-facing role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software/SaaS deployment.
  • •Experience with business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and implementing RPA and/or BI tools and building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
  • •Hands-on experience with process mining tools and technologies is preferred.
  • •Hands-on SQL experience and Python is preferred, with experience collaborating with IT teams.
  • •Experience identifying business use cases for process improvement, deploying improvements, managing scopes/timelines across projects, and communicating value roadmaps/results to stakeholders in English.
