Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure equipment procurement aligns with install schedule requirements.
  • •Coordinate tool install milestone execution by leading meetings across suppliers, trade contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • •Translate business and technical requirements into project plans that enable accurate, cost-effective delivery.
  • •Own work from pre-design through system start-up troubleshooting and problem resolution to mitigate project delays.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field plus 4+ years of experience in project/program management for large-scale construction or factory tool install/qualification ramp.
  • •OR Master’s degree in the same field plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience installing and demolishing process tool equipment.
  • •Experience specifically in EPI, Diffusion, Anneal, Implant, Spatial/ALD install or deinstall.
  • •Ability to translate business and technical requirements into high-quality project plans and lead troubleshooting/problem resolution to mitigate schedule delays.
