Retail Sales Executive

Drive sales on the shop floor by providing excellent customer service and using product knowledge and selling techniques to meet monthly targets. Build strong customer relationships, cross/upsell, and maintain awareness of products, promotions, and new releases. Keep the store clean and ensure correct display and visual merchandising standards. Support stock replenishment, follow payment/exchange and loss-prevention policies, handle customer inputs and complaints, and complete required trainings.
