Job Summary

Lead and manage the procurement team, translating procurement strategy into day-to-day execution across PO and procurement workflows. Own current-state execution in Jira and NetSuite, evaluate procurement tooling options (including potential Jira-to-NetSuite integration or NetSuite upgrades), and drive process documentation and continuous improvement. In parallel, build and formalize a risk-based vendor review process in partnership with InfoSec and Legal, scaling governance to vendor risk and spend.

•Directly manage and develop the procurement team, including workload distribution, coaching, and performance management.
•Translate procurement strategy into concrete team priorities, processes, and daily execution.
•Own PO and procurement workflow execution across Jira and NetSuite, including evaluation of procurement tooling and possible integrations/upgrades.
•Drive process documentation and continuous improvement across procurement workflows, including vendor bill/PO best practices and PO fast-track procedures.
•Own vendor management as a distinct function by building a vendor review process with InfoSec and Legal, including risk-tiered escalation and offboarding.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, including 2+ years in a people management role.
•Demonstrated experience building or maturing a vendor review/risk process, ideally with InfoSec and/or Legal.
•Experience driving process improvement and documentation in a procurement or operations function.
•Ability to translate high-level strategic direction into team execution.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Finance, IT, InfoSec, Legal, and vendor-facing functions.
