Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily optical coupling production work for various optical modules.
  • •Optimize optical coupling processes to improve coupling efficiency, product yield and consistency, and reduce production costs and defect rates.
  • •Provide on-site technical support during coupling production, responding to abnormal conditions and addressing process/product defects promptly.
  • •Perform failure analysis on coupling-related defective products and define root causes and targeted improvement/preventive measures.
  • •Collaborate with R&D and quality to validate new products, processes, and materials and complete process validation and mass production conversion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Optics, Optoelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Solid optical knowledge, including optical modules/working principles and fiber coupling and optical path transmission principles.
  • •Hands-on experience with optical module coupling processes, including coupling equipment operation, fiber alignment adjustment, and optical power calibration.
  • •Ability to independently analyze process failures, troubleshoot coupling abnormalities, and solve on-site technical problems to improve outcomes.
  • •Familiarity with optical module products and mainstream coupling processes (e.g., SFP/QSFP/OSFP, 800G/400G) is preferred.
