Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform HVAC engineering activities for assigned projects, including ventilation system design and ventilation deliverables (e.g., VFDs, BoD, plant sizing calculations).
  • •Act as originator (or checker) and approver for HVAC engineering deliverables where necessary.
  • •Potentially act as Lead HVAC Engineer by reviewing deliverables and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet project requirements and standards.
  • •Support project planning by managing design changes, preparing engineering calculations/specifications, and coordinating discipline deliverables.
  • •Ensure designs comply with relevant procedures/regulations and that work is delivered within budget and schedule, including estimating and reviewing estimates/schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in a relevant field.
  • •Experience in FEED/EPC and coordinating HVAC/building services activities in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • •Sound technical, construction, and specification knowledge of HVAC/building services equipment and systems.
  • •Good project management skills within HVAC discipline, including planning and scheduling of discipline deliverables.
  • •Experience working with client/industry standards in the Pharmaceutical sector and knowledge of current green directives for HVAC/building services.
