Key Responsibilities

•Execute and continuously improve Thumbtack’s paid search strategy by identifying opportunities for customer and pro growth.
•Manage, optimize, and grow the SEM program across Google and Microsoft while adhering to KPIs.
•Develop an experimentation roadmap for ad copy, keywords, bidding, and related elements.
•Partner with data science, analytics, and engineering to build automation and scalable tools that support bid automation and ad-creation workflows.
•Own tracking, attribution, and performance measurement using metrics such as iROAS, incrementality, and lift.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,600 - 159,500

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in paid digital advertising with a proven track record of improving and scaling ad programs against conversion volume and efficiency goals.
•Demonstrated ability to improve SEM performance through testing, optimization, automation, and creative.
•Ability to define and execute a 6–12 month roadmap with aggressive milestones.
•Experience with SEM measurement and bidding approaches such as TROAS + LTV bidding.
•Strong data analytics skills and fluency with generative AI and automation tools in day-to-day SEM execution and analysis.
