Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Provide a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technician and customers.
  • •Grow via consistent coaching and leadership training within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record; ability to pass a post-offer background investigation and meet licensing requirements under applicable law.
  • •Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
  • •Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
  • •Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders (up to 14 feet), and work in confined spaces like attics.
