Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior level production support for critical Accounting and Fund Administration applications, ensuring stability, availability, and adherence to service level agreements.
  • •Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex production incidents by coordinating with business, technology, infrastructure, vendor, and support teams.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert for application support, providing technical guidance, consultation, and leadership to team members and stakeholders.
  • •Evaluate processes, tools, and technologies to improve operational resilience, support efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • •Follow ITIL aligned incident, problem, and change management processes (including escalation and documentation), and participate in occasional out-of-hour support for critical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in application production support across mainframe, distributed, and data platforms.
  • •Strong experience in SQL with troubleshooting ability, preferably including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, plus ETL job support (e.g., DataStage).
  • •Hands-on knowledge of IT Service Management (incident, problem, change, ticket workflows, escalation) aligned to ITIL, with experience using ServiceNow.
  • •Experience supporting Linux and Windows server environments, including scripting and operational support, and familiarity with automation opportunities.
  • •Familiarity with modern application support practices and platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka/RabbitMQ/Solace, and scheduling tools such as Control M.
