Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare shareholder agreements, articles of association (AoA), partnership deeds, joint venture agreements, and PPP documents.
  • •Participate in contract negotiations and reviews of tender documents; contribute to amicable settlements of contractual disputes.
  • •Keep abreast of laws and regulations in Qatar and GCC countries and advise stakeholders on impacts of new regulations.
  • •Secure legal compliance of company operations, and proactively create and maintain legal and compliance awareness for staff.
  • •Identify and qualify risks hidden in contracts and agreements and provide investigation input when requested.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, with 5 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience a plus).
  • •Strong drafting, negotiating, and organizational skills, including experience handling high-volume contract reviews.
  • •Knowledge of corporate governance and corporate/Company secretarial matters, with experience handling corporate matters.
  • •Proven ability to negotiate contracts with both private and governmental clients and deliver quality work under deadlines.
