Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions by working closely with stakeholders from Operational Excellence
  • •Identify operational needs and requirements related to IT solutions used in Operational Excellence/finance and HR; work with the Support Functions Manager to implement plans and strategies for addressing these needs using IT solutions
  • •Assess current processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and propose and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency (Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement frameworks)
  • •Follow system requirements, evaluate software options, manage vendor relationships, and align solutions with IT Solutions department objectives and ASMO business goals
  • •Review functional/technical design documents for Finance and HR applications and manage changes through a defined change request procedure

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in operations management, information technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university
  • •Master’s degree in operations management, information technology or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred
  • •Any operations software-related/other relevant certification preferred (i.e. Six Sigma)
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English
  • •5 years’ experience in the same Field
