Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend engineers, driving code quality, architecture discussions, and setting team standards.
•Lead the development of large-scale frontend features using React Native and ReactJS, ensuring performance and reliability.
•Collaborate with backend, design, and product managers to deliver impactful solutions and maintain consistent architecture across platforms.
•Lead technical planning, sprint reviews, and architecture design discussions to shape the frontend roadmap.
•Balance hands-on delivery with team enablement, owning post-release monitoring and maintenance to quickly detect and resolve production issues.

Key Requirements

•4+ years frontend experience (React Native + ReactJS)
•React Native architecture, performance tuning, and debugging
•Familiarity with native code (Java/Kotlin/Swift/Obj-C) and mobile build pipelines
•Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, Crashlytics)
•Strong English communication and collaboration skills
