District Manager

Supervise the end-to-end performance of multiple retail stores in the region, including physical inventory preparation, accounts, and continuous review of core commercial KPIs with store and franchise managers. Build and execute annual and monthly business and sales plans, recommend product assortment and sourcing, and identify opportunities through trend and process evaluation. Lead, coach, and retain high-performing store manager talent to ensure brand standards, customer experiences, and consistent operational execution.
