Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and strategic guidance to subordinate managers and serve as the primary liaison between AECOM and client stakeholders.
  • •Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with design specifications, budgets, and schedules through effective management of staff.
  • •Administer project from budgeting and scheduling through procurement and contract closeout with significant P&L responsibility.
  • •Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including risk management, quality control, and resource allocation.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, design, environmental, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery and regulatory compliance.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or another engineering discipline.
  • •8+ years of relevant highway/roadway project management experience.
  • •Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not currently registered in California.
  • •Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff.
  • •Experience with business development and client relations.
