Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and strategic guidance to subordinate managers and serve as the primary liaison between AECOM and client stakeholders.
•Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with design specifications, budgets, and schedules through effective management of staff.
•Administer project from budgeting and scheduling through procurement and contract closeout with significant P&L responsibility.
•Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including risk management, quality control, and resource allocation.
•Coordinate with engineering, design, environmental, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery and regulatory compliance.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or another engineering discipline.
•8+ years of relevant highway/roadway project management experience.
•Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not currently registered in California.
•Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff.
•Experience with business development and client relations.
