Key Responsibilities

•Drive during the growing season and perform operations work during the non-growing season.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
•Conduct and record repairs and maintenance, including grounds and warehouse maintenance.
•Deliver products safely, monitor inventory quality, and ensure compliance with regulations including hours of service.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
•Possess a Class A or B CDL.
•Have a hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain one.
•Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
•Must meet the minimum age requirement.
