Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design projects focusing on analog/mix-signal or memory transistor level design and drive SPICE simulations to validate performance
  • •Collaborate with Foundry and EDA teams to advance IC design initiatives and deliver robust hardware solutions
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the team to ensure design quality and timely delivery
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design goals with product requirements and roadmap
  • •Document design choices and results to support knowledge transfer and future maintenance

Key Requirements

  • •MSEE with 1+ year or PhD working experience in IC design company, Foundry, EDA industry
  • •In-depth knowledge of analog/mix-signal or SRAM/DRAM/Flash transistor level design
  • •Hands-on experience on spice and fast-spice simulation
